You MUST have ClockworkMod Recovery installed on your phone!

1. Download Codename Android ROM and Gapps from the links above

2. Connect you phone to your computer via microUSB and transfer the files

Mac Users - Use Android File Transfer to transfer the zip files to your phone.

3. Enter into ClockworkMod Recovery Mode
Power off your phone > Hold the volume up, volume down, and power button at the same time. Keep holding until you feel a vibration. (You will now see a green start screen) > Press the volume up 2x and power button to select "Recovery"

4. Select "Wipe Data/Factory Reset", go back.

5. Select "Wipe Cache Partition", go back.

6. Selet "Advanced" > "Wipe Dalvik Cache"

7. Go back and select "Install zip from sd card" > "Choose zip from sd card" > Find the Codename Android zip file you transfered earlier.

8. Select "Choose zip from sd card" and install the gapps zip file.

9. Go back and select "Reboot system now". Wait at least 10 minutes for your phone to boot up and enjoy your custom rom!

How to Get Rid of Red Triangle Dead Android on Recovery Galaxy Nexus! [GSM/Verizon/Sprint] [Mac]

This guide will show you how to get rid of that dreaded red triangle Android when you enter into ClockworkMod Recovery mode on your Galaxy Nexus.

1. On your phone go into Settings > Developer Options > Check mark USB Debugging

2. Plug in your phone to your computer.

3. Download and unzip the toolkit here:

4. Click on "Click Me" and follow directions on screen.

5. Right after you have flashed ClockworkMod Recovery you will still be on the green "Start" screen. DO NOT press the power button on the green "Start" screen!

6. Press the volume up 2x and power button to select "Recovery. You will now enter into ClockworkMod Recovery mode without the red triangle Android.

Galaxy Nexus Toolkit

1. Download the toolkit using the link above

2. Open up the toolkit

3. Select your Android version and build number. Go into Settings > About Phone to find our Android version and build number.

4. Select "Flash Recovery"

5. Select "Flash ClockworkMod Recovery"

It will show "waiting for device" on the screen.

6. Enter into bootloader mode. (Power off your phone > hold the volume up, volume down, and power button all at the same time. When you feel a vibration let go of all buttons.)

You will be on a green start screen

7. Wait for the flashing to finish and DO NOT press the power button on the "start" screen!

8. Press the volume up 2x and power button to select "Recovery".

Now you will enter into ClockworkMod Recovery mode without the dead Android

1. Download MINCO ROM from the links above

2. Connect you phone to your computer via microUSB and transfer the files

Mac Users - Use Android File Transfer to transfer the zip files to your phone.

3. Enter into ClockworkMod Recovery Mode

How to Install Jelly Bean 4.1.1 on Galaxy Nexus! [Verizon/Sprint]

1. Download the ROM from the link above.

2. Connect you phone to your computer via microUSB and transfer the files

Mac Users - Use Android File Transfer to transfer the zip files to your phone.

3. Enter into ClockworkMod Recovery Mode

Power off your phone > Hold the volume up, volume down, and power button at the same time. Keep holding until you feel a vibration. (You will now see a green start screen) > Press the volume up 2x and power button to select "Recovery"

4. Select "Wipe Data/Factory Reset", go back.

5. Select "Wipe Cache Partition", go back.

6. Selet "Advanced" > "Wipe Dalvik Cache"

7. Go back and select "Install zip from sd card" > "Choose zip from sd card" > Find the Jelly Bean ROM zip file you transfered earlier.

8. Sprint Users Only! Select "Choose zip from SD card" and select the Gapps zip file.

9. Go back and select "Reboot system now". Wait at least 10 minutes for your phone to boot up and enjoy your custom rom!

How to Restore to Stock / Unroot Galaxy Nexus GSM i9250 to Jelly Bean! [Windows] [Odin]

This method will restore you Galaxy Nexus GSM i9250 phone back to 100% complete stock. It will unroot root your phone and get rid of ClockworkMod Recovery. Use this method if you are going to send it back to the manufacture or just want to get back to complete stock.

Note: This will delete everything on your phone so BACKUP all important files to your computer.

Make sure you have Samsung Kies installed on your computer.

1. Enter you phone into "Download Mode". Power off your phone > Hold the volume down and power button at the same time. Keep holding until you see "Downloading..." on the screen.

2. Plug your phone into the computer

3. Download and unzip "Stock/Unroot Jelly Bean GNex GSM.zip" here:

Download Stock:Unroot Jelly Bean GNex GSM

4. Open Odin and you should see a yellow bar on the left side of the application. If you don't make sure you download Samsung Kies from the link above.

5. Click on "PIT" and find/select "I9250_partition-table-0915.pit"

6. Click on "Bootloader" and find/select "ONE.PT.YAKJU.JRO03C.tar.md5"

7. Make sure only "Auto Reboot" is checked marked on the left side for the check boxes

8. Click "Start" and wait for about 10 minutes for the process to complete. Once the process is complete you will be on the 100% complete stock Jelly Bean for your Galaxy Nexus GSM.

Hold the volume up, volume down, and power button all at the same time. When you feel a vibration let go of the power but keep holding onto the volume up and volume down button.

4. Select "Install zip from SD card" > Select "Choose zip from SD card" and choose the Darkside zip file you transfered earlier.

5. Select "Choose zip from SD card" > Choose the Jedi Mind Trick zip file you transfered earlier.

6. Go back and select "Reboot system now". Wait at least 10 minutes for your phone to boot up and enjoy your custom rom!
